These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of adgents.io and the Adgents waitlist while we prepare to launch the product. By accessing the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your email address.
About Adgents
Adgents is building an AI-assisted platform to help indie developers and small teams plan, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Apple Ads, Google Ads App campaigns, and web campaigns. The full product is not available yet.
The current site is a coming-soon page. It describes our direction and lets you join a waitlist for launch updates. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a finished product or guarantee a launch date, feature set, or pricing.
Waitlist
When you join the waitlist, you agree that:
- You provide a valid email address that you control
- We may email you about Adgents launch, early access, product updates, and related announcements
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, priority, or any particular outcome
- You can unsubscribe or ask us to remove your email at any time
We may remove duplicate or invalid signups, or addresses that appear to be submitted in error or in abuse of the form.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or submit automated or fraudulent waitlist entries
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Probe or attack our infrastructure or third-party services we rely on
Intellectual property
The Adgents name, branding, site design, text, and other content on adgents.io are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them without our permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
The site and waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Information on the site about future features, platforms, pricing, or capabilities is forward-looking and may change. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on pre-launch materials.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adgents and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or waitlist will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50). Because the waitlist is free, (b) will usually apply.
Third-party services
The site relies on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, and data storage. Their services are subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these Terms or change the site at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the site and ask us to remove your waitlist email.
Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the site or waitlist at any time. You may stop using the site at any time and request removal from the waitlist.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Adgents operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections in your country of residence may still apply.
