Adgents (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates adgents.io. This policy explains what information we collect while Adgents is in its coming-soon phase, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Adgents is not yet a full product. Today, the site is a landing page with an email waitlist. This policy covers that experience only. When we launch the service, we will update this policy to reflect additional data we collect in the product.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Email address — so we can notify you about launch updates and early access.
We do not ask for your name, payment details, ad account credentials, or other personal information on the waitlist form.
How we use your information
We use waitlist email addresses to:
- Confirm your signup
- Send occasional updates about Adgents launch, early access, or related news
- Operate and improve the waitlist (for example, preventing duplicate signups)
We do not sell your email address. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep data
We keep waitlist email addresses until you ask us to remove them, until we no longer need them for launch communications, or until we delete the waitlist after launch. We may retain limited records longer where required by law or for legitimate operational needs.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your email address
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

You can also unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any message we send, or by emailing us to request removal.
Children
Adgents is intended for adults running or promoting software products and businesses. The waitlist is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site and product evolve. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
